Pastor Josh has served FBC as Senior/Lead Pastor since April of 2014. He and his wife Bridget have five children (three of which are awaiting them in heaven). He is a graduate of Missouri Baptist University, Moody Bible Institute, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. 

Aaron has been serving as Associate Pastor since August 2023. He oversees and leads the music ministry and family discipleship. He and his wife Allison have one child (who awaits them in heaven) two dogs (Krypto and Walter) and a cat. Aaron loves board games, music, and the St. Louis Cardinals. Aaron graduated in 2022 with a degree in Christian Ministry from Spurgeon College, the undergraduate arm of Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
